- Our adjustable straps can be chosen according to your jaw’s anatomy. The straps are numbered 1 to 5, with a higher number indicating a tighter fit.Start with the following straps:
● If you have an overbite, use strap number 1 or 2
● If you have an underbite, use strap number 5
● If you have a common bite, start with strap number 3 or 4From there, you can adjust the straps as follows:
● If snoring persists, choose a strap of superior value such as increasing from strap number 4 to 5
● If the pressure exerted on the jaw is too strong and causes discomfort, opt for a less potent strap such as strap number 3
● Each tension strap should be worn at least three to five nights prior to further increases - The first step is to customize the fit. Once you’ve found the perfect fit, simply wear the mouth guard before bed every night.We’d recommend wearing the device for one or two hours before bed so that you can get used to the feeling. Thanks to the adjustable straps, you can still drink and talk while wearing the device, so you can continue with your bedtime routine as per normal.
